In short, we are focused on delivering business-centric, technology-enabled change for our clients, including industry-specific enterprise resource planning and the latest mobile, analytics and cloud solutions. When you join our finance team, you will work with our customers to transform their finance functions and processes through the use of SAP applications to improve their core competencies in transaction processing and reporting, ultimately strengthening their ability to drive business decision-making to support management and corporate strategy.

Demonstrates skills as a team leader at a personal level with extensive knowledge and understanding of application-based SAP FICO solutions with proven proficiency in multiple SAP modules including consulting, design, implementation and leading key tracks on major projects or leading mid-sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite.

Demonstrates skills at an intimate level with a proven track record of extensive SAP consulting skills and success in helping customers implement and support packaged SAP FICO solutions and improve financial business processes.

Demonstrates proven and personal skills and track record to lead or support customer engagements within the SAP product suite focusing on technical development efforts and offshore development resources, including:

• Development, design, implementation and support of complex business processes in a SAP environment; And,
• Design, build, test and implement SAP FICO technical solutions with a focus on RICEF's (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and development.

Demonstrates extensive skills and performance at an intimate level in identifying and meeting customer needs through: building, maintaining and leveraging customer relationship networks and community engagement; Provide value proposition; Manage resource requirements, project plans, budgets, invoicing and collections; and preparation and/or coordination of complex written and oral materials.

Demonstrates intimate skills and/or a proven track record as a team leader: oversees teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seek diverse viewpoints to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff, including providing timely, meaningful written and verbal feedback.
